Turnaround Time (TAT)

All orders will ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.


Quality Assurance

Each item is individually quality-checked before shipping. However, in the rare event that a flaw is missed:

  • Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • You’ll need to provide:
    • A clear photo of the flaw
    • Your order number

You may choose from:

  • A replacement (at no cost to you)
  • A refund (if you prefer not to receive a replacement)

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you change your mind about a purchase, I do accept returns.
  • Return shipping costs shall be covered by the customer.
  • Once the item is received in original condition, a refund will be issued.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order as long as a shipping label has not been created.
