Turnaround Time (TAT)
All orders will ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Quality Assurance
Each item is individually quality-checked before shipping. However, in the rare event that a flaw is missed:
- Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You’ll need to provide:
- A clear photo of the flaw
- Your order number
You may choose from:
- A replacement (at no cost to you)
- A refund (if you prefer not to receive a replacement)
Returns & Exchanges
- If you change your mind about a purchase, I do accept returns.
- Return shipping costs shall be covered by the customer.
- Once the item is received in original condition, a refund will be issued.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order as long as a shipping label has not been created.
