Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing time is separate from transit time
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping on orders over $20 (before shipping costs & taxes if applicable)
Delivery & Tracking
- Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
